We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, Canada, and the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, along with a tracking link.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on your location and the items ordered. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order's journey.
Delays

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Import charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise. Please review the details for your country below.
New Zealand GST is included at checkout for orders under NZ$1,000. No additional fees are typically expected on delivery.
Australia GST is generally collected at checkout for orders under AU$1,000. Orders above this threshold may incur duties or GST on arrival, payable by the recipient.
Canada Orders may be subject to GST/HST and customs duties on arrival, depending on item value and province. These are collected by the courier and are the responsibility of the recipient.
United States — please read before ordering As of August 2025, the US has suspended its previous duty-free allowance for low-value imports. This means US orders may be subject to import duties on arrival, regardless of order value, collected by the courier or postal service before delivery. These charges are set by US Customs and are outside our control.
