Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we accept returns within 14 days — just contact us first at info@gsauraa.com. Since we're a skincare retailer, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or on opened products, so please check product descriptions carefully before ordering.
